We limped along to Flagstaff and called Ascot to help get us back on the road. They got us in for diagnostics the same day and were able to repair and get us right back on the road. “Adam, the acting manager was very helpful. They got me in fast and provided great service at what I consider to be a great value. I had to tow a trailer and I needed work done quickly. My trailer harness was faulty , they troubleshooted it and found the problem all within half a day of me calling. Very thankful for this Shop. Nice locked tears in a good location. Friendly, Professional, efficient, and courteous staff.”

They were professional, efficient, and honest. Viewing the customers who came in, I saw the same qualities. They refused to allow me to pay for their time.
